Hang Muscle Snatch 5x1 - 63 across the board

Ab work of choice: 20 kte, and then 3 min worth of planks
I've been figuring my snatch percentages off my 1rm for power snatch so realized 74# was PR for catching full. Felt quick and solid...sweet.
